PROTERA PERFORMANCE - Strength & Conditioning

My purpose is to physically challenge you to be the best version of you through exercise. I achieve this by creating an atmosphere that will encourage you to move efficiently, comprehend completely, and grow exponentially. Together, we will build a strong foundation of fitness that focuses on great function, form and having fun.

PRIVATE TRAINING

I will work hard to cater to your strength and conditioning needs.  You can choose one weekly session to set the foundation, or train two, three to four times a week to aggressively tackle your fitness goals. 

I will help create variety and make each training session challenging and fun. Options are endless, whether your goals are to become more flexible, lose body fat, gain cardio endurance or to improve strength, we will work together to get you where you want to be

Training Options  

Mt. Whitney

  • Option 1 - One, 60 minute session a week  $80 each session

  • Option 2 - Two, 60 minute sessions a weeK $75 each session

  • Option 3 - Three or more 60 minute sessions a week  $70 each session

Kings canyon

  • Option 1 - One, 45 minute session a week  $65 each session

  • Option 2 - Two, 45 minute sessions a week  $60 each session

  • Option 3 - Three or more 45 minute sessions a week $55 each session

Half dome

  • Option 1 - One, 30 minute session a week  $50 each session

  • Option 2 - Two, 30 minute sessions a week $45 each session

  • Option 3 - Three or more 30 minute sessions a week $40 each session

 

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

I get it, some people workout better in groups or with a friend. Small Group Training allows for this.  I will create sessions that are engaging and that challenge groups to work together and sometimes I add a little friendly competition to make things interesting.  This intimate training environment allows you to advance your overall fitness at a fraction of the cost of private training.

 

604 BOOTCAMP (coming soon)

The 604 Bootcamp is where perspiration meets perspective.  If you dedicate 60 minutes of your day to improving your physical fitness, then that equates to 4% of your total day. Hence the 604, 60 minutes plus 4%.  Our bootcamps are full of energy.  All abilities and walks of life are welcome.  I’ll make sure that you are comfortably uncomfortable
